Specific development work identified by the S.W.O.T. analysis is also worked into the programme.
At the clients request, the module can be a one off session of 2 hours up to a 10 session module (1 to 2 hours per session). The length is also dependant on the needs of the client as more than one module is usually required. An ideal length is 10 sessions of one to two hours each as with this option the instructional cd 'Support the Sound' tm is included free of cost as a supporting resource.
